| well since I lost both of these hands, pretty much a question. First hand, how would you play differently? is my reraise only going to get called by better hands on the river? is my very small bet on the turn a good play? is it the best play? And second hand Is it good to get it in there on the flop? I've probably played less than one thousand hands in cash game plo at any stakes. If i played well, it was lucky, because apart from really pre flop play, I have no real clue what I am doing. |

| What's with the bet-sizing? It seems like you're betting small until you're beat. Hand 1 raise the pot on the flop and the turn. Probably just call the river if he's passive. Hand 2 is fine to stack, you're never getting away from this in a HU pot. |

| first hand, pot the flop. 2nd hand, pot the flop. It is called Pot Limit........ You will find you get drawn out on a lot in PLO, and your best weapon is to pot it when you bet with anything less than the nuts. And even then you will get it in with the nuts, but the nuts will change....... the idea is to minimize the risk, and make the chaser pay... |

| Totally no reads on the player was the 1st hand on a zoom table. Think a flat would be the best option than,to keep a worse 2 in his range and if he is bluffing he has basically almost no equity (2-4 outs or even rarely 6 outs) Also think that most unknowns would 3bet almost all AAxx hands. And would a 3bet on the flop not only keep AAxx, A2xx (only 2 combo's) in villains range? I did the worse thing in my opinion 3bet flop and stack off on the turn vs AAxx. I think I wouldn't get away from it anyways, but just want to know the optimal play. |

First hand, we bet more on the flop and hence the turn. However on the river, we absolutely cannot raise the river. We have the worst boat possible and unless we know villain to be loose, we are not going to be getting much value raising, IE he will show up with better Qxxx boat way more often than anything else. |

Pot-Limit Omaha Poker: The Big Play Strategy Advanced Pot-Limit Omaha: Small Ball and Short-Handed Play Advanced Pot-Limit Omaha Volume II: LAG Play Advanced Pot-Limit Omaha: The Short-Handed Workbook First one applies to full ring deep games, so not so much value for online games, but it also builds the foundations for the rest, so it's important to read it too, imo. |
