10 max to 6 max ring table (again, limit HL)
What are the usual changes need to be made to your preflop hand selection and postflop strategies when you play shorthanded. I know that the consensus is to play looser, but what does that really mean ? 3-bet lighter ? Bluff more ? Because I've found the level of play at the 6-max micros to be a lot more akin to no fold'em hold'em than at a full table. You really can't semi-bluff those guys (even one on one) if they have caught anything on the flop they'll call it to the river.
But you get to play a lot more hands and practice playing trash hands to perfection ![]() |
