I am currently receiving 27% Rakeback at ACR and I was wondering which is more beneficial in the long run 27% rake back or their Player points system?

Point system:

Player points and Benefit Points are two distinctly different things. Learn here how you can use each of them.

Benefit Points accumulation determines your Player Level in Elite Benefits. Player Points are earned simultaneously to your benefit points depending upon what level you’ve attained in our Benefits Program. The more you play, the higher the Benefit point multiplier is rewarded to you. Player Points are a redeemable currency that can be spent at the BlackChip Poker store

BPs Per Year:

750 - $10
2,250 $10
3,000 $10
4,000 $10
5,000 $50
10,000 $50
15,000 $50
20,000 $50
25,000 $50
30,000 $50
35,000 $50
40,000 $50
45,000 $50
50,000 $100
60,000 $100
70,000 $100
80,000 $100
90,000 $100
100,000 $200

Benefit Points are earned in each and every hand that a rake is taken, whether or not you are actively involved in the pot. (The bolded part is important since to earn Rake back you need to have contributed rake which would add up)

Benefit Points are awarded at a rate of 5.5 BPs for each $1 in rake collected. The total number of BPs is divided evenly among all hand participants. So if nine players get a total of $3 in rake, 16.5 BPs are then divided among the nine players. That is 1.83 BPs earned per player (16.5/9 = 1.83 BPs).

Player points earned per BP:

Level - BP to achieve level - PP per BP

PLAYER - None -1
ROUNDER -750 - 1.5
GRINDER -3,000 -2
VETERAN -7,500 =2.5

My head hurts so no way can I do the math lol

I would figure like most systems unless your going to hit the top of the vip program or near to it the 27% rakeback is likely more beneficial.

Obviously if what you have regarding getting BP's in getting a share regardless of rake amount you contributed its pretty much going to even out over time anyhow because you will have pots where you contribute high to the rake and pots where you contribute low or none.

Regarding the math of figuring it all out as to which is better well I have a question, the table you have above regarding the 750 - 10$ etc you indicated this is BP's earned? So is this automatically released to you when you reach that many BP's or does it cost an amount of PP's to get it in the store?

What is available in the store regarding exchanging pp's, are there any cash amounts to purchase and for what amount of pp's as these combinations would determine what you can get in exchange for your earned PP's and how it compares to the rakeback program, but odds are unless your going to be at least a grinder level and possibly even a veteran level then rakeback might be more beneficial in terms of boosting your br, but missing some details to figure it out or I'm just missing something.

I think to release it you just go to Rewards and it will only cost the BP's, In the store they have electronics, tourney bucks , and cash

4,500 PP = $50

27.50 Tourney dollars = 1,540 PP

ACR and BCP is using the same system?
or
ACR is going to credit rake back money?
but
BCP is going to manually exchange in stores?

the system is like stars VPP and FPP.
looks like the higher level and higher rate of points.

LOL

Wow like 50%+ more to take T$ as opposed to cash, that's quite a big difference.

Believe this is well covered on 2+2 under the sub internet forum of winning poker network. I believe if you rake over like 750 a month the point system becomes better than the 27% rakeback, I'm not 100% sure but it is somewhere close to that ball park.
