| Where's the suspense? I wish poker sites would slow down a little bit when dealing the turn and river during all-ins. I hardly have time to see what happened or who won. I think it would be a bit more fun and suspenseful if they gave you a few seconds to realize what you need or what can beat you. They really draw it out on TV, and it makes it a bit more fun, in my opinion. Poker is a fun diversion for most of us, after all. Why the rush? |

| Three words: Dollars per hour. Most players want to maximise the number of hands they see every hour, to maximise the potential amount they can win. At the end of the day though, what players want doesn't actuall matter a damn on an issue like this. What it'll really come down to is less hands = less rake for the site, and the site isn't about to do anything that will both cost them money and potentially irritate a huge proportion of their clientelle. |
