What should i do about this?

I posted yesterday about how I play on Sports Interaction and just missed the jackpot bonus. I did still win the consolation prize but I receive this email today saying I can't have it because I used offensive language.

Now the funny part of that is that they block the chats from using any curse words. It also said I violated term number 9 of the promotion which doesn't exist anywhere on the site.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Invest your money somewhere else. This site sounds like they are ripoff artists. I never heard of this site. I would email them back asking for more details and more questions.

Not playing on crappy sites would be a good start.

Seriously, mail their support again and plead your case reasonably, and if they're still not playing ball after that there's little you can do.

Your best bet is what dorkus said BUT if you get no satisfaction then leave the site and join a good site instead

I don't think there is any but about it. Yes, do as Dorkus says, then withdraw what funds you have post-haste. I wouldn't risk any further dealings with these jokers.

I think we should have a proper sticky where rogue sites are named and shamed, as there are a growing number of rip-off sites setting up. This thread'll be buried soon.

If he withdrawns straight away and then asks what chance has he got NONE so ask nicely putting your case forward then if you get your money take it out as fast as you can.If they still wont give you your winnings then take your money out.

Check the Terms and conditions of the jackpot bonus to see if it has anything listed. If it doesnt, which is possible, then you have a case.

Dont give up on it, tell them you will be speaking with your solicitor and your local Watchdog and see what reply you get

If its in the terms and conditions, then its slightly different but I would say you definitely have a case

Gambling debts are unenforcable by law, surely? They dont have to pay, and they know they dont.

Just send them an email with this link in it, and tell them you're going to post their reply too.

Just looked at their site - it's part of the same ipoker network as Titan, Noble, CDpoker, Betfred etc. I presume you placed in 5 Maui's?

Do 2 things;

1) Send an email to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (they have a complaints tab) as this is who governs site.

2) Send copy email to ipoker, telling them your concerns about one of their host sites.

There was nothing about swearing or a rule 9 on their website, and you're right, you cant swear on these sites anyway.

One other thing Joe - look at the bottom of the tournament section - there is a big "Champions" freeroll for all people that have won bonus or consolation, and you should be able to enter this.

I think the biggest thing to remember is not to get hostile to soon. Don't go off with threats and being a jerk. Kindness will get you alot farther in the long run with things like this. You come off pissed and with alot of threats and they will blow you off. Kill them with kindness and if they don't bend or help you out, withdraw fast and post what happened everywhere you can.

joe is this the same consolation from heads up with the 5 5? talk about throwing salt in the wounds! its amazing how great some of these sites are for customer service, and how terrible some other ones are.
