What should I do with 8 bucks on FTP

I recently transferred most of my FTP account out and was left with 8 bucks. I would like to try and earn enough to get some of the bonus that they are curretly offering but I am not sure the best way to go about doing that.

Anyone have any other suggestions or think that the bonus will be possible to clear with just 8 bucks in my account.

I am gonna play in the CC freerolls and hopefully cash in one of those to add to this money and make it a bit more realistic.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

look for min ring games, find one that has +40% playing flop with the largest avg. pot. Play those and cash out when you triple your buyins and start over. Play three handed if you can handle that. might can do that at next level if you triple up ten times.

With 8 bucks , seriously just take a shot , don't bother with 1c tourneys or any of that you have 4 buyins for nl2 just do that

If ur a decent ring game player then why not jus stick that $8 on NL10 FR?
That or go for the $3 90man turbo KO's?

But, really there is only one thing I would do with $8 at Fulltilt - 30c satellites to the daily dollar mass multitabled. No need to take shots when there are super soft games to build up a micro roll quickly.

1 - multi table shortstack the shallow tables..

Whatever you're comfortable with. I said "mass" multi because they go off quite fast, can play as many as you want at once...but I think 8? is the standard limit unless you ask Tilt to allow you to play more tables.

D'Ws mini-tourny idea is prolly best of all, but I see you play PLO8. I find the PLO8 2 cent tables to be amazingly easy to beat. Be patient, play quality... ABC... roll.

Most likely I will try to do this with PLO or PLO 8. If I clear the bonus or any part of it I will be looking to dump it again anyway. More or a personal challenge.

$8 is 40bb for 25nl. Open shove every hand until you double up. Move up to 50nl and repeat. Move up and repeat until you double up against Phil Ivey at the nosebleeds. Then cashout and enjoy the hookers and blow.

I am only seeing the 30+05 sats to the BLT. Where are the ones to the daily dollar. Also I assume we can turn these into cash when we win them?

They are stts (^ oh yea, time of day), you can turn them into T$ (same thing for the BLT sats), so after you win a few you can start using the T$ to buy in and keep the rest as cash while you build T$. I guess if your goal is to get to cash games you are inconvenienced by having to convert all of it back to cash by either playing regular sngos/mtts with the T$ or taking 95c on the dollar from fulltilt to trade it in (don't recommend this)

You're joking.... right?
With $100 in ur account it'd be difficult to clear the bonus imo. (especially if you're playing SNG's/MTT).
My understanding (from reading elsewhere in forum) is.. you'd need to get 1,667 FTP's to clear a $100 bonus.
If you were playing $10 buyin SNG's... you'll only have to play 238 of them to clear the bonus. With $8 this is a joke.
(but perhaps you could clear the first $10 if you double up then play the $10's... and only need to play 23 of them for the first $10!... ez game!!)

Although I normally prefer SnG I am not limiting myself to them for this.

No one has mentioned playing games like limit stud or razz to clear it easier so i guess that isn;t a viable option?

The super turbo h/l plo sng are super soft. People don't even know how to play them. Obviously wait till u have a2 xx and pump it.

Sngos > 1-table (or satellite) > all. Sort by buyin and they'll jump right to the top. Make sure you don't have any other filters on maybe.

Best bet is to play freerolls until you have reached at least the $50 - $75 mark. There are low stake event Buy Ins ($0.10 - $0.25) tourny's may enter as well. Slow but surely, it will build up.

Freerolls to get to the 50-75 mark could take years. Ech i shudder to think of doing that.

for myself i would ring games at low stakes and hope your hand holds up for a few double ups. but most people would probably do SNGs for 1.10. otherwise it's play some freerolls or get a sponsor

Really? I've cashed for $304.16 in Freerolls this year.. & that's just the Cardschat ones (& it's not like I'm playing 1/3 of them at the most).
In 2009 I probably cashed for over $500 in Freerolls... & in 2008 maybe around the same.
I doubt you'd have time to build up from freerolls prior to the Fulltilt bonus running out though (but you never know)

You should just transfer it all to me. It'd clearly be the most profitable thing to do with $8 on Fulltilt.

OR, you could go & get yourself some 'feel good'. Log onto Fulltilt, rail one of the final tables that allows observer chat & ship in $2 increments to beggars.

You know transferring it over to you is not such a bad idea. After all I think I still owe you.

Thanks for all the ideas guys. I could deposit and make the BR larger from the get go but this is an option I always try to avoid. So much more fun to torture....er challenge myself with the slow build-up

Ok so I found the 30c sats that D'will was talking about. Gonna have a go at a few of those later today

I thought I was done with FTP but they keep pulling me back in. I want to build to 25 bucks or so and then I can play the morning Rush Tourneys. I am addicted to that crack now.
