What Poker Room Is your Favorite?

Well this is my second time making this thread because the first time I got an error message and my entire thread was not saved. But yeah this time I'll make it much shorter just in case the same thing happens to me. Basically what is your favorite poker room and why. In addition this thread is also a poll so make sure you vote as well. Thanks.

FTP all the way, UB as my 2nd.

I don't like the rest, can't stand PSs layout.

FT for me. Liked PS, but in the end, Full Tilt all the way!

I like pokerstars the best because it has my double or nothings which I can constantly make money in.

i heard that you can run it twice in full tilt poker.

thats true before I had a nice explaination on why Full Tilt poker was my favorite site because they had a nice and easy layout and they had many promotions as well as many of my favorite players like John Juanda and Phil Ivey. Also I made a review of some of my other poker rooms like Pokerstars and Ultimate Bet but it was erased when I got a error message. But yeah we can prevent this thread from becoming a spam magnet if we tell future poster to write a review of the poker room of their choice.

FTP. I don't feel that I cant trust other poker rooms with my money, and on PS I can't find myself.... is it complicated method or it just me?

Always more action on PS and since I am basically a nightowl, there is always a sufficient number of players on the tables. I play mostly stud ring games and the other sites' tables thin out late nights with little to offer.

Yes out of those listed I have to say Full Tilt is mt Favorite.
They seem to have the nicest looking site and there is a lot of action. That is always good when you are looking for a game, you never have to wait long.
One gripe though about FTP: It seems that the Miracle card comes down on the river more often than not. Making the odds, seem a little off. (Although it might just be me remembering things this way because of the bad end of it that I am usually on.)

I would rather play on pokerstars, because I trust the integrity of the site way more than full tilt, but it just isnt appealing software, aestheticly speaking. I just couldn't grind on there like I can on Full Tilt's smooth layout.

I was playing on Pokerstars i had won .57 cents from a freeroll tournament and then i joined a sit and go with 45 other people and buy in was .25 cents i was in 4th place with 27 people left and from there everything just fell apart. At that point i became the unluckiest guy in poker I had gotten rivered 4 times and then I was around to 15 out of 17 and I had AA and I raised 5 times the big blind. Then the board had a queen a 10 and 7 and I raised and my only opponent reraised and then i went all in and saw that he had Q 10. That is why i can't trust pokerstars it always seems like they scam me. I play at full tilt poker and i've had less occurance of having bad luck. That is why i primarily play at full tilt I've depositted at Full Tilt a few times and I've depositted at ultimate bet but never have depositted on pokerstars because they dont accept my visa debit card. But now all the poker rooms i play on dont accept my visa card anymore so I guess i'll just have to buy an all access visa card. but this time i'm sticking with Full Tilt Poker through the good and bad.

My favorite is Full Tilt (even though it has not been kind to me lately). I like the software, and enjoy the knockout tournaments, and overall I think it is more user friendly then Pokerstars, but I have money on both.

I like PokerStars. If you like tournament poker, I think it's clearly the best site with the biggest tournaments and payouts(Sunday Million, WCOOP, SCOOP). Plus, you can win yourself into great offline tournaments with the different tours that they run(EPT, APPT, LAPT, PCA, etc.).

I kind of hate the Ultimate Bet set up it is hard to find certain buttons and options for the tables like the views and how to cascade the tables or have them organized into boxes or take off auto muck or auto blinds just really confusing i decided not to play there anymore. I'll just stick to full tilt poker and pokerstars.

I like Fulltilt, because most of the forums I belong to play there. I have lots of friends that I play private tourneys like for CC. X

well duh lol full tilt is either most or second most popular poker room in the world.

i kind of dont like full tilt poker anymore they screw me over too much.

I like the layout and overall deign of Full Tilt. Although I think Pokerstars has a better selection of games.

I guess im the only one who likes Pokerstars simple design 10x more than Full Tilts. But I do play on FT and PS about evenly, usually switch from one to the other when my luck goes sour.

probably i hate PS layout, but we have a lot to choose from. titan, PP, FTP (which is my personal best) and a lot of others...

SIMPLE design? More like crappy confusing design.

FTP has the far better design combined with user-friendlyness which is a huge plus.

i've spent and lost so much on full tilt i vow never to deposit anymore money...in full tilt.

Confusing? PS's design Couldn't be more straight forward. It's just what you're used to I guess. I find FTP's layout to messy...plus I'm still having issues with their software. See my thread:

I like Full Tilt & PokerStars about the same for differing reasons. I’m primarily a freeroll/micro tournament player so I’m unable to include cash game experiences in my preference:

PokerStars

• Like -- Able to upload own avatar
• Like -- Decreased freeroll fields from 8K/9K to max 5K
• Really Like -- Support very responsive, consistently same day, & most recent ??? answered within 5 minutes!
• Like -- Able to see folded cards (vs text) during remainder of hand
• Like -- ‘Black Theme’ (big cards, very easy to see)
• Like -- Being able to see who’s ‘sitting out’
• Like -- Initial deposit, for bonus, allowed in increments

Full Tilt

• Like -- Not as many lottery-style (all in, all in all in) players as PS
• Don’t like -- Increased freeroll fields from 2400/2700 to 7500/10,000
• Don’t like -- Inconsistent Support, sometimes same day & sometimes not; had ??? about FTOPS & did not receive a response until FTOPS was over
• Like -- Able to see Tournament History online
• Like -- ‘Max’ option tab for all in bet (sometimes slider on PS doesn't work & I end up keying in amt)

Both sites

• Like -- Able to minimize tables according to my preference so I’m able to fit 4 tables to screen w/o overlaps (vs Cake Network where minimized tables overlap others -- using a netbook with 11.6“ screen)

Nice post - I particulary agree with FTP not displaying folded cards being very annoying and not knoiwing who is sitting out.

I don't like the fact the the cards change on FTP when you make the tables smaller either...

I'm not "use" to FTP, I actually started playing PS first. Your buttons issue is a personal issue that no one has ever had before, has nothing to do with this.

I guess that is ones opinion, I haven't ran into any poker site that is more simple than FTP.
