what is going on at fulltilt

Well if you play at fulltilt it seems lately there has been a lot of disconects and i have contacted cashier, support and disconnect all they keep telling me is they are working on it. They still have not refunded my entry from the 13th of July has anyone else not received there refund ?

And to top it off tonight another one and guess what I have when this glitch happens ?? Quad 6's unreal!

Recently (in the last few days) ive been experiencing a fair amount more problems that ive ever previously experienced with lagging and tournaments.

Yeah, Ive noticed the connectivity has been suffering a bit for me lately. Odd coming from such a reliable site.

FTP has had these periodic disappearances long as I've been playing there. Yet another reason why I can't understand so many favoring them over PS.

well that's not good, because Im a US player and FT has been the easiest to deposit on (although I haven't tried PS yet). It took my card, which for a US player is amaaaaaazing

I've only been a victim of the connection issues one, when trying to just view my account. Today i was on for a while, not really playing all the time, but the site was connected. I was on from 1pm-8pm ish when i closed it down, don't remember seeing it going down though.

seems people are having the most issues aroudn 11pm-2am (my time, EST)?

give them a break guys, im sure they are not doing it on purpose.

well duh.
doing it on purpose would lose them money. but if people are paying to play...shouldnt they be promised a refund or something if problems with the server arise?

Actually all of the major pokersites deal with this. Full Tilt died the other night (last night?) and had huge network issues. They finally voided all tournaments and refuned all the buy-ins to anyone still alive in a game. In fact someone in another thread said they not only received their refund but $2 more as well.


P.S. - we may be able to help out with that username issue.
