what do you think?

do you think good players, players that know how to bet, know how to bluff, know when to bluff, lots of experience, patience, the works. Do you think they would have more success not on a finacial basis but on a strictly performance basis in lower limit tournies 5 and 10 dollar tournies. which as you know are filled with loonies. or the bigger buy in tournies where the competition is upper tier?? in the long run not short term

The players that ACTUALLY know how to do all the things you listed would do better at the upper limit tables...maybe....

This question is very vague...are we talking success based upon the ratio of starting bankroll? Because then I would say a person with extreme patience (and the rest of the above attributes) would do better ratio wise starting with $100 at lower limits, but someone with above average but not great patience would do better at higher limits.

Basically it all has to do with the fish.

yeah see i play pretty low limits online. i play a live game and im a lil more aggressive than i am online, but i find myself in the live game making moves that are brialliant and they succeed far mroe than they do when i try the same exact moves online.
when i first started playing i was extremely tight i just played my cards for the most part. Could get to a final table 8th in chips and finish 3rd. Well i play more aggressive now and its payed off. Usually when im at a final table now im top 3 in chips instead of short stack, but i think with the aggression i lost my patience. I'll find myself taking a few beats in the samd day. Then in the next tourney i play Flopping a big hand top 2 pair aces up or sumthing. the turn putthing the 3rd suit up there, and knowing the other guy has a flush but find myself blowing the rest of my chips anyways thinking my luck has to turn sometime.

i mean you said it yourself.....do the players with more experience, that know when to bluff, know when to bet. win lower level limit tournaments...well if they know when to bet and when to bluff and have experience why wouldnt they win???
