What are the chances of a canadian recieving his cheque from full tilt after blackout

I requested to cashout my $220 from full tilt a few days ago before this huge bombshell dropped. They said it will take 3-5 days to process and an addidtion 10-14 to recieve. Now after yesterdays events do you think Ill be recieving that cheque anytime soon? Full tilt has been netoriously bad with cashouts to begin with and im not getting my hopes up..

I don't think the US has any legal right to freeze all of FT's or PS's funds, just those in American banks. The US has no jurisdiction to stop players in foreign countries from getting their money from their accounts. I believe the only money they can go after is profits by these sites, not individual accounts of their players (except maybe American players, which wouldn't surprise me).

I don't believe they can seize American players money.... they can only seize the poker rooms money... the UIGA doesn't make players part illegal... it makes the sites and payment processors part illegal

...Well the federal government couldn't... State probably can if its illegal in your state... (So basically everywhere...) lol
