A few words of praise for Betfair.

It isn`t one of my favourite online poker rooms. I don`t like the software very much. As a result, I don`t keep a real bankroll there, but I do drop in there to mess around occasionally.

Today, I sent an email enquiry to their support team. I had an automated acknowledgement within 5 minutes and, within a further 5, a helpful response to my question from a live operator. And this is Saturday afternoon (UK time), when they must be busy.

Well done, Betfair. What a shame it is that not all poker sites operate this way.

Yea, took me 3 hours to get a response from FT and they didn't even help. Just another question back.
