Walker Poker??

Never heard of these guys before but saw them mentioned on another site. (Yes, I occasionally DO visit sites other than this one, frequently through a link mentioned here. Please don't hurt me. ) Seems like someone mentioned they might be affiliated with Carbon Poker? Their website says they accept US players.

Anywho, is anyone familiar with this site? If so, what are your impressions?

Yep WalkerPoker is on Merge Networks (with Carbon, PDCpoker,.....)

I play on Walker Poker on ocassion. I started with $25 free through a promotional thing and have worked it up to over $125 through playing mainly MTTs.

If you like small field MTTs, then you'll like Walker Poker. And this applies to the low stakes MTTs as well. Reasonably small fields all the way around.

Its just like Carbon and the other Merge network sites so if u like any of them you will like Walker.

I personally don't like the Merge network

The thread was a couple months old. I think I might have found the same promotion, just curious how it has worked out for any who have tried it.

carbon is my choice than walker, they got more promos there especially for new depositors. and now with sng and mtt leaderboard it is looking really good for those who grind enough!

Walker is a good site, just like any other on Merge. I know a couple months back they were having some problems with people wanting to cash out and they were trying to say they didn't get over some mark they needed to having to do with their original deposit, but I think that was worked out.

Carbon is definitely a better looking skin than Walker, but I think they all play the same. Merge is good if you are looking for some smaller tournies.

You can have an account on more than one Merge site, you just can't be on both of them at the same time. Just like with Absolute and Ultimatebet.
