Us player-Help with depositing

Hi I am a Us player. I play most of the time in Fulltilt as it is one of the easiest sites to deposit in for a US player. I have also played some in bodog poker. They will both take Greendot mastercard. Where else can a US player make cash deposits and How? et1961
