Ultimatebet question

While playing at Ultimatebet I have noticed some players request additional time, how do they request additional time? I have tried clicking the circle that shows how much time you have but that is not it. Does any one know how to request additional time on a hand.

If i remember right, it pops up after some time has passed, like on FT.

It should automatically start taking time off the clock... you have 60 extra seconds... I dunno cause I havent played on there for awhile... BUT.... When I did play it auto started the clock for me...
