Ultimatebet deposit problem

I don't feel very well considering my first post here is like this... but you must believe me. If some players will change their mind about Ultimatebet that will make me happy. (Or maybe someone will tell me what to do now)

Its not about "rigged" or cheating!

1.I deposited 150$ using moneybookers on 15 dec 2006.



2. Their reply: [#50191] We have received your Moneybookers deposit instructions. However, we have noted multiple accounts registered with Ultimatebet under your moneybookers email address. Could you kindly provide us with the Username of the account you prefer the funds to be credited in. Also for security reasons kindly provide us with the answer to your security question.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Once we receive this information, we will proceed to credit your account.

I am an affiliate too and they pay in the Ultimatebet accounts and my affiliate manager told me its OK to have a player and an affiliate account.

3. I told them the account and then received some funny emails:

Upon reviewing your account we can see no deposit attempts made by you in your account.

So they admitted they see the deposit but not anymore.
I gave up and couldn't believe it.

I tried again after 3 months and:

So I told them my preffered account again (2 weeks ago)... and mailed them like 5 or 6 times!!
Its funny... nothing happend, my account is still empty
