Ultimate Bet Issue

I have not been on Ultimate Bet in a long time, I decided to log in a few weeks ago, and it said Login ID not recognized, I am 100% sure my name there is Karmakrazy13, I even checked in several places to make sure, I was right, that is my name there. I tried to retrieve password but only to be told my ID was not found. So tonight I finally started up one of those live chats with support, only to be told my account was closed, and I had to call some 1-888 number to talk to someone about it. They could provide me no information on the subject, just told me to call the 1-888 number...Anyone else had this issue? Or know someone who did?

call the number and they will fire yurr account back up

yeah,that happenened to me also,after their software upgrade.I just changed my password and it let me in though.still wierd...

If you have an Absolute Poker account with the same name, you may have to change you UB name. this is what I have read about others here since the merge of AP and UB.
