Ultimate bet account suspended

Hi,

I sometimes play at ultimate bet and got an email yesterday saying my account have been suspended as part of routine security checks. They say i am to contact the securuty dept on a "toll free" number provided. however i cannot get through as i am dialling from the uk.

I emailed asking for another number, i was provided with an 0800 number but for absolute poker, and they cannot transfer my call - i just get disconnected.

I keep emailing them to call me, they say they have but nobody answered - however somebody has been in all day. they alse did not have information as to when the call was placed. they keep robbing me off with half information and i dont have a contact number for them.


Has anybody experienced the same? if so was it resolved.
