UB steals antes?

I just sat down to play HU razz, posted my ante and the other player sat out. My ante disappeared from the table and when I left my account was .10 short, wtf do they do this all the time?

did the other pepole have to ante-up before they sat out..?..where there any card's delt before they sat out..?? if not i woulde contact customer srevice and ask them about this..ub customer service has been good to me in the past..

The other player failed to post the ante and no cards were dealt. Ok, I've sent them an email, see what they say. I'm not worried about 10c but if they do this all the time it could be quite lucrative. Have a shill sit at highstakes tables and sit out when someone posts .

Yeah its more likely I'm drunk in the middle of the day than Ultimatebet has a problem somewhere...anyway, here's their response after I told the same story as here. I'm positive of this because I had a whole dollar bankroll when I started, it was my first hand and I decided not to play after this happened.

Side note, just remembered that I got a message from Ultimatebet that an update failed to work at some point while I was on today (I forget when), but everything else seemed to be working normally...I could come and go from the table, check my account, post ante, watch people play. Maybe that was the source of the problem. I went to another site and played without trouble. I like their response, the title was "antes" I never said anything about a transaction...
