yeah Ultimatebet is really trying hard to get their customers back, they have also signed some big name pros like eric lynch(spelling?) and cliff josephy to try and stir up some interest

If their customer support answered queries once in a while they would prob keep more of their customers. I Found the whole UB experience gloomy and
no fun at all, the players at the lower levels are insane
