UB and Fullt tilt Kentucky issue

OK,

After MONTHS of trying to get Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet to fix my problem playing on their sites I was able to fix it myself. Their system claimed I was being blocked because I was connecting from Kentucky, which supposedly will shut down ISPs that allow gambling from machines in Kentucky.

After at least 6 e-mails to both technical support groups, sending screen shots of the error and trace route shots at their request (only Absolute ever asked for any technical information), neither EVER FIXED THE PROBLEM.

I visited San diego last week, took my omputer with me, was able to connect, and now, back home again, all is well!

I probably could have done the same thing by going to town and connecting through a different ISP and resolved this a LONG time ago.

Needless to say I'll be playing the UB free-roll tonight! woo hoo

I hope this note helps others in the same boat.
