Trying to find a new site

hi everyone, im an veteran poker player who took a break from the game for about a year and a half now, i used to play a lot on Ultimatebet as well as some of the sites that closed for US players like paradise poker and 888.com, i just started getting back into the game recently and im trying to find a new site to play on. I dont trust Ultimatebet anymore, had some problems there after winning a seat to aruba. So basically im looking for a quality site with a good community of players who frequently play 50-200 dollar SNGs and multies, also i dont like pokerstars either =) so anyways if anyone knows a good place i can check out send me a message or something with the info, thanks guys

jay

yeah i think im gonna stick with bodog, ive always felt that they seemed to be the most realistic poker action on the net, them and pokerstars, and fulltilt is ok, i dont like the stupid avatars though, and also i seem to see a lot of paired flops and it seems someone ALWAYS has trips (usually never me though lol) but yeah anyways thanks for responding, im gonna be playing again at bodog real soon under the same screenname as this one, i think ill start off with some smaller buy ins, get back into the groove and see how it all is before i jump into the larger buy ins.

And by the way, bodog has had cash out problems for ALONG long time now, basically since the nov of 06 when that law was passed, i did two seperate cash outs in a span of 3 days, one took about 2 weeks, the other took almost 3 months, was rediculous and i was pissed, but i know what im getting into with that site, and ill be more than glad to have a problem cashing out, rather than getting money into the site =)

To recommend a site with this little info is both stupid and irresponsible, but it seems to me like you are generating a lot of money.

And when you bring money to the poker sites at this amounts I will actually recommend you look for rakeback deals, and just to contact the site and say: Hey I generate 500-2000$, and if you can give me 30-40% rakeback I will start playing at your site.

Look for networks and sites that have a lot of traffic like Ongame network, Everest Poker, Cake Poker network, Full Tilt and Boss Media.

Sites like
Paradise Poker
Cake Poker
Full Tilt Poker
Ladbrokes

All offer rakebacks if you do a little searching, dont know if it is allowed, but I also have some deals myself that could be interesting if you are looking for the good deal, but I am not gonna mention them right here.

Also I am pretty sure that Cardschat also have some deals if you send them a PM, you are an attractive customer for the poker sites, and be aware of that in order to make that special deal

OK jvtelemark, i really need some help here, but first and foremost im an american player, playing from the US right now (but might be playing from japan around may of next year, but im not worried about that atm) and im ready as of right now to start depositing money somewhere again, i have exactly 500 dollars im going to start out with, im using ewallet as my only deposit method and it cost an extra 8% or so after my first deposit, so im thinking of putting 300 on one site (first deposit so its free) and then spreading the other 200 around on 3 other sites, as of now im thinking of going with pokerstars for the 300, then putting 100 on bodog, and 40 on cakepoker and absolute poker, all sites are offering me first time deposit bonuses or reload bonuses but its all the crappy bonus where you have to keep getting the sites frequent player points or whatever and the money slowly trickles out (i still have about 2 grand worth of bonus dollars on ultimatebet that ill probably never see) and also i only player tournaments, so its very difficult to get that bonus money out, but im not too worried about it, i just REALLY wanna start playing, and my wife is going out in about 30 minutes for the next 4 or 5 hours, so im DEFINATELY starting tonight, but jvtelemark if you could send me a private message or email about those hidden deals you were talking about that would be great, and hey i could even put you as a refer a friend if you send me to a new site ive never played at (which there isnt many) as long as its US friendly, my email is dolphins2010@bellsouth.net, so send me a message, thanks for the replys guys, gl out there, its a jungle so becareful =)
