Troubles with PokerAce Hud

So I installed PokerAce Hud and it works fine when i first open it up, it shows all the stats for people for about 10 minutes. However, after about 10 minutes it just stops updating the stats for everyone and I have to close it and open it again for it to refresh them. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
