Trouble with Ultimatebet?

So I've been trying to login to Ultimatebet this morning and I keep getting a message that someone is already using my ID... To my knowledge, no one else knows my login info. Could this be a glitch? Does anyone know how I can email Ultimatebet support without logging in? Any help would be greatly appreciated.......

i would email them right away even if it was a glitch hope every thing turns out alright

I have forgot to log out of my desktop, and tried to log in with my laptop receiving a similar message.

You can contact support directly through there website. You do not need to log in. Just include your info. in the e-mail.

support@ultimatebet.com

I had the same problem awhile ago with absolute poker with a message that someone was already using my id or i might have logged out unsuccesfully (or something like that)and i couldn't login in to neithere absolute or ultimatebet so i sent them an email and they fixed it in less than an hour.
