lol its called a call center and its a part if globalization.
Its cheaper to get some one in India to handle you phone calls then some on in the US/UK/Germany ect... |

lol I play at Titan Poker for almost 4 years and it never happened to me...
 Titan it's part of iPoker network which is the largest online poker network. Unfortunately they don't accept USA players |
