Very refreshing, not only did I initially receive a phone call from Titan offering me a very good deal to play their, I also had to go through a pretty tight security procedure to make a first withdrawal.
Once again, they called me and I had a very good conversation with a guy that wanted to ensure and satisfy certain security measures before allowing my withdrawal transaction to take place.
If nothing else, It allows me to be safe in the knowledge that stringent measures are in place.

I still can't decide whether titan's a crock or if they're a good site.
I've had excellent service at times from their online help, but at others (you all know about my issue with the bad beat jackpot and the 100 emails that ensued) they seem as incompetant as a monkey.
I hear stories from both sides of the spectrum...
