Hey.

If you go to a live casino, to play poker, what is the "Rate" that one would tip the dealer?

Ive only played online and home games so....

Like... a $100 pot gets pushed to you, how much would you tip the dealer?

I usually give $1-$2 for a pot of $10-$50. Maybe $3-5 for a pot over $100. It also depends on the dealer and their attitude as well.

The biggest tip I've given was $20 after raking in a $600 pot.

I tend to start out with $1-$2 tips. If I keep winning with the same dealer, I'll go up from there. Of course, if I win a monster pot, I'll tip more.

Pretty standard $1-2 per pot if it's a $1/2 NL table. I've tipped up to $25 on a single hand before, but that was a monster $550 pot. General rule of thumb is that if I make anything over $10, I will at least tip $1. If I chop a pot, or just drag the blinds, usually no tip for that since I am not even beating the rake at that point.
