I have never tried to contact FT support before - well, ok once when I wanted RB, but I am tied to an affiliate - and I had a PC crash and lost my C-drive, where my entire HH from FT and PKR was. I emailed FT support, and used the live chat in PKR. This was last night. This morning my entire FT history with a nice email was already in my in box. PKR says they cannot help me.....wtf????
So thumbs up for FT and thumbs down for PKR. Im gonna play off my PKR points ( I have enough for LOTS of FR) and cash out and go somewhere else.
I dont have RB at FT and that suks, but I guess I will keep playing there.
ps. I have emailed PKR support, and requested my HH again. I mentioned that other sites have been able to send me my HH promptly. I dont believe they erase HH, think of suspected collusion, how will they check, just as one case. So I am pretty sure they have my HH, and therefore cant imagine why they would not send it.
So cmon PKR, I can still give you a thumbs up.............
