Since were all doin it I might as well.

Started with 10, played 5/10c fixed limit for about an hour went up to 12.54

Decided to play 10/20c pot limit, I hit four jacks on the flop and managed to get up to 20.12.

Played 10/20 for about another 30 minutes and took a bad beat and lost 3 dollars and ended at 18.12.

Not bad for my first night with real money in the bank.

Congrats on the win.

The 5c/10c fixed limit stakes are probably about OK (you're a little short-stacked for proper bankroll management). the 10/20c Pot Limit is a way you can try to build up a bankroll fast, but it would only take a short run of bad cards (missed draws, bad calls or bad beats) to bust you out completely.

What kind of bankroll management practice are you using? IE, how much of a bankroll do you like to have to play a given level?

Since I havent been playing with real money for 24 hours yet I don't really have a set bank roll pratice set yet. But what im trying to do is 1-5 is 1/2c fixed. 5-10 is 5/10c fixed. 10-15 is 10/20c fixed. 15-20 is 2/10 pot limit and 20-35 is 10/20c pot limit. I try to keep 80% of my starting money at a table like the buy in to play in the bank so If I have a bad run I still have a goo starting point. I hope that somewhat answered your question.

Stopping for a while. Started off with a bankroll of 10.00 and Im now at 28.00 on the button so im plus 18.00$ for the day so far.

well i broke 50 and hit the withdraw button and walked away with 65 canadian. pretty good 15 hour run.

Deposited 50 into pokerstars and began playing again up 2.14c playing at 1/2c no limit.

nj. I'm just wondring what site you withdrew from...and let us know if it clears.....if it was on a prima site and they gave you the $10, you'll have to work a littler harder before you'll be able to withdraw...

I had pocket tens in my hand with 5 people on the 1/2c no limit table. I raised the big blind to 6. action folded around to him and he raised it to 18. He was playing really loose so i figured he was bluffing. the flop came a 10 q. He bet 75 cents 37x the BB and i raised to 1.25 he took 14 seconds and mucked it. Putting me up to 3.75 and 51.75 total.

am i getting busted here? because i can stop posting if im to young. I dont see age as a set back if someone if good enough to win why cant they win? IM not saying im good im still have tons to learn but im good enough to play low limit tables.

I dropped down to 39.05 after a bad string of cards (-12.70 I then joined a 5+.50 sit and go. I played really tight but won every time i played. I made it to the top 2 and played heads up with a guy for 38 minutes! I went from 1000 to 10000 3 times so much back and forth action. He ended up hitting three nines better than my aces and jacks. I still won 13.75 and im now back up to 48.20 so im down -1.80

Thursday June 8th started at 10 ended at 18 +8.00$

Friday June 9th started at 18 ended at 50 +32.00$

Saturday June 10th started at 50 ended at 48.10$ -1.80$

Overall: +38.10

Well I went down to 10 dollars on pokerstars after about 5 bad beats. So i deposited 25 used a bonus and played i think 1/2$ heads up with a idiot who called everything and folded with a raise for about an hour. I went from that 25 to 45 with the bonus up to 80.00. So 80.00 is my new starting point and Stars and Vegas is in the past and the money is gained back. Lets see where I get.

Tuesday June 13th 12:00am - 80.00$
