Had a nice surprise this morning -
An email from Pokerstars giving me money as the 2 players ahead of me in a recent SNG had soft played/chip dumped and so i got moved up a place

Hello Ian,

PokerStars has become aware of two players who were recently in violation
of our tournament rules. You were involved in a tournament in which there
was a disqualification. As a result of an advance in finish position,
$4.00 has been credited to your account.

Due to our privacy policy we are not at liberty to identify the specific
event or players in question. It appears that they were unaware that soft
play and chip dumping are strictly prohibited in tournaments. Suffice to
say that they are now well aware of the rules. In addition, their play has
been restricted so that they can no longer play at the same table in Sit &
Go events or in cash games.

The integrity of the games at PokerStars is of paramount importance to us
and we will not abide unfair play in our games. We work hard to police our
games to assure our players of a fair, secure place to play. In the rare
cases where collusion has actually occurred, we make sure that any players
affected are compensated appropriately.

Happened to me as well, love the fact that support is watching out for players that try to cheat others.

I've received exactly the same email several months ago for being trapped in collusion in a SnG. It's support like that, that makes them the leader in online poker rooms.

Wow. Pokerstars support is the best I seen online. They are quick to reply to a situation or email.
