Take 2 pts

Take 2 pts aren't showing up on my tracking page yet.

How bout you guys?

Mine haven't shown up either. Kind of forgot about it, but checked to confirm for ya. I think the same thing happened the last time around with the points showing up on the first day.

G lad I found this post. I was thinking that there was some kind of mistake on my account or something. I hate playing on the Rush Poker tables but I think I can get this overwith the quickest on those tables even though I really don't like them.

Mine neither, does the ring games include the stud varieties.
Have 5 points from them and Rush just in case.

For each "Take 2" point you also get a bonus FTP.
The page says...
All bonus [FT] points will be deposited into your account within one hour of being earned.

I'm guessin that both "Take 2" and bonus point will post at the same time.

There is a good widget, "FTP Odometer", that shows the base (before bonus) FTP you earn. Run it up to 5 each day and you should be fine.

Question here. I don't play cash tables on Fulltilt & only have a very small micro roll on there I keep for priv. tournaments & am wondering how long does one have to play on the lowest limit tables (2nl) to earn 5pts.? Let's say you're 8-10tabling 2nl.... how long would it take approx.? (can you get the 5pts. on 10tables?.. or does it have to be 5pts. on two of those tables.. 'or'.. is it > you must be on a min. of 2tables while getting pts. & need a total of 5/day?). If 2nl one take too long, how long would it take on the 5nl tables? (not RUSH) ... again playing say 8-10tables.

I believe the 5 "Take 2" points can be earned on multiple tables.
I'd guess that you could easily get the 5 point on four 5NL table in under an hour.

Use the "FTP Odometer" widget to get a real-time update of the base (without any bonus) FTP you earn.

The double FT Points are a different story. If you real the rules, you'll see that you only earn double FTPs on your best two tables.

If a player plays at more than two standard real-money ring game tables simultaneously during Take 2, that player will receive double points from the combination of their top two tables. For example, if a player is playing at three tables simultaneously for a one hour period during Take 2 and earns 60 Full Tilt Points while playing at Table A, 40 Full Tilt Points while playing at Table B and 30 Full Tilt Points while playing at Table C, that player will receive a total of 100 bonus Full Tilt Points for that hour of play.

The promo didn't start until Friday the 8th.

he posted in eastern time(my time) 30 min after the 8th started, so i assume he is from a time zone that the 8th started before mine did. either that or he is like most of the youth these days and just wants instant gratification.. yes i am also one of those youths who crave instant gratification also(so please don think im talking trash)

As well as the FTP Odometer, there is a Session Information widget, it can also be found where the FTP Odometer is, (i.e.) click the customize button at the bottom right of the Full Tilt main page, then in the following screen you will find it.

With this Session Information meter, the points are shown as Full Tilt Points, no need to work out if you have made enough points, like you do when the bonus points come into it.

My Take 2 points are now showing up on the promo page. I would guess that it is showing up for others now as well (or it may take several hours after you end your session for it to update).

Also, as for Full Tilt widgets, I just keep the Iron Man status widget up, as the points accumulated for Ironman are unweighted -- 5 points earned for Ironman would be the same as 5 pts earned towards the Take 2 promo.

When I played 6-max 2nl, I usually played 4 tables and it would probably take about 15-30 minutes or so to reach 5 FPP if I remember correctly. I think 8-10 tabling 2nl FR would be similar if not faster -- so not really that difficult.

I'm fairly certain that the points you earn from multitabling will all count towards the fulfillment of the 5 pts for the $25, but I think only the two tables with the largest amount of points will net you double the FPP... as per:

Yes I am on the east coast in the US, and I played and posted after 12 AM my time. I still don't see the pts I earned last night on the promo page. I can't play again until tonight.

Can someone please walk me through how to get the FT odometer up? thanks.

It has always been at all of your tables combined, not just the two biggest. The only stipulation is that you have to be playing at least two.

pretty sure this is wrong. All tables count for Take 2 and only top 2 tables with highest FTP's get the bonus pts.

played and earnt my 5 points 10 hours ago, and its still not showing up, ffs, anyone else having this problem still?

Well, I hope the tracking page isn’t the official tally. I am going to use the odometer and make the full 5 pts tonight just in case. I think I cleared about 2 pts in 20 minutes last night.

If its not showing, try to contact customer support. i know they have better explanation why such thing happens.

Ok, my pts from tonight are showing, but last night's pts (after 12AM) are nowhere to be seen. I guess they weren't counted.

My pts on the take 2 page showed up within minutes.

30 minutes single tabling 5nl rush will do it. Multi-tabling rush takes hardly any time at all.

I thought this would be the case at first as well, but when you read the promo rules it says this:

"Cash will be paid out to players who earn at least five (5) Take 2 bonus points while playing at two standard ring-game tables simultaneously or any Rush Poker* table on multiple days"

It may just be a poor choice of phrasing, but as written it would seem to imply that you must earn the 5 points as bonus points and not just regular FTP. Since only the highest two tables accrue the bonus points, the phrasing about would lead one to believe that only the top two tables count towards fulfillment.

For anyone who wants a definite clarification, you should probably email Full Tilt support.

emailed support a few hours ago, as my page still says 0pts even though I earnt the required 5 pts and more, no reply yet

I earned my bonus points around 3:30 PM Eastern time today. The points didn't show up immediately. I just checked a few minutes ago and they are credited now.

I was wondering the same thing. My points didn't show up until I played earlier today even though I played last night/this morning when it was the 8th and accumulated the necessary 5 points. It's all good now though

Hrm my points were showing up as soon as i was getting them, wonder why some people it takes forever and some it doesn't.

One more thing, I did not receive double the pts. Not a big deal, but it seems for some ppl the scoring is messed up.

Just wanted to let people know that points earned in PLO ring games don't seem to count towards Take 2 (at least they didn't with me). Exasperatedly pounded out 5 FTP points in Rush NL 10 at the last minute just now.

This is pretty crazy stuff. I got KK 6x in less than 30 mins of play. None of them ended up with big pots. Got no action 5 times, and won a small pot with an ace on the board.

2nd nut flush ran into nut flush. Earlier I had the nut flush against a FH. Wild FT ride as usual.

I love Rush week and Take 2 week, sooooo many extra fish to feed on. I am up about 8 buyins from yesterday already just from the added traffic.

Must feel good to have rungood on your side too.

I should be up about 10 buyins the past 3 days... instead I'm down 5. Ridonkulous beats abound. But I ain't mad... I'm playing a strong game and I just hope the donks stick around the whole week.

Forget about the Session Information widget, it is unreliable, on Day 1 the points shown on it that I had all the points I needed, but today the points shown had bonus points included even though it states Full Tilt points.


Click on the customise button at the bottom right corner of the Full Tilt main page, then in the next screen that opens you will find the FTP Odometer, then select whichever game you want to use it for like in the pic below.

even the FTP odometer doesnt work for me exactly. Says i had 5.87pts when on Take 2 page it says 4.52. I dont get it
