Seating preferences?

So, your registering for a tournament, the table is empty - where do you sit and why?

This question is more for PP - as apposed to PS as PS places you itself!

I always wanna sit where the monster cards get dealt.

I choose the button because it allows you to be the last to act and the blinds won't hit you for a bit which will also allow you to get reads on your opponents with minimal risk to your chipstack.

he means table position as in relativity to dealer, not to buton.

I like to sit at the top left of the dealer, just because I'm a freak like that No but seriously that's usually where I end up, that's where I had my first winning session at $200 max

You don't find its much harder to get a read on people?

When I multi-table I find that I do a lot less overthinking and stupid stuff, and end up playing more correctly.
