Hey!

On satelites if you go to another tourney lets say in pokerstars...

if you buy in 30 fpp then when and get to go to a tourney that is 3000 fpp buy in can you unregister and take the 3000 fpp

or in money form

when you do a 5 dollar satellite tourney and you satellite to a 200 dollar tourney can you unregister and take the 200 ?

the FPP answer is Yes, the satellite tourney question is yes kinda.

Your $200 entry fee is refunded in tournament $$, this is money you cannot withdraw, but can be used for tournament entry fees only, or can be sold to another player for a %of thier value. Usually about 90% and pokerstars will handle the transfer for you.
