| Safety and advantages of smaller poker rooms like William Hill vs. PS and FTP I am planning to open an account with William Hill but would like to have some idea about the safety of that site in comparison to PokerStars and FTP, both of which I consider relatively safe. I heard that WH and probably the whole ipoker does not even ban any user software used for datamining or real time play suggestion purposes. Is this true? More generally: Does anyone here have had experience with this pokerroom recently? Would you recommend it for small stakes play and possible bankroll building? |

| I'd consider William Hill safer than Stars or FTP. Regardless of your nationality, its not outwith the realms of possibility that FTP's funds are seized. Both sites lost around $30m a little over a year ago. William Hill is a traded company, with a physical presence and a far longer history. So I wouldn't worry about it. |
