i query about 9 $ which gone away from my account
i just copy it with my answer..

DID you request any payout at all? I mean what does your account/cashier transaction history say?? This $9 (an unusual bonus at that , no?), that disappeared, you would be back to -$5, right? At any rate, please post their reply in this thread. I'm curious. And signing up at pokerroom today. lol

i already had a problem whith a 650 $ ticket i won
they answer online support very unfairly..

Although I still don't get it. Seems like they DID give you $9, but it's the $35 that is missing. I was just curious about 1) did you request a payout for $35? 2) how would THEY explain DOING so if you had only $29. Strange.
