| Ripped Off Please move this thread if this isn't the best place for it. My wife died on November 6th as a result of 42 year smoking. She was 54. She loved to play Texas Holdem Online at Full Tilt Poker. Her online name was Matchbox Lady. Four months ago, I contacted Full Tilt Poker and told them that she had passed away. I faxed a copy of the death certificate to them and they said they had to check with their legal staff. I was told there was several hundred dollars in her account. For the past four months, I periodically receive emails saying they are looking into the matter. It is clear to me now that they are going to keep the money. I'm at a loss right now with regard to what I can do other than sharing my story with others. I don't even know how much money is involved. Any suggestions? |

| re: Ripped Off poker You have every right to that money and they have to release it to you. Push the issue and don't let them keep what is not thiers....Keep on them send an e-mail everyday and don't let the issue become dormant. I'm very sorry for your loss and you should'nt have to suffer any more than you already have.. It's very wrong of them to make you wait as long as they have. It's a legal issue thats very easily resovlable with the proper paperwork which you said you have provided. Theres no reason to not release that money to you! Good luck ... I hope your suffering ends soon My condolences |
