Reported an error on PokerStars (hoping to get a free beanie)

Some might remember I begged PokerStars to send me a free hat ... I forget the reason. This time I found a glitch in their software which was really weird. So I sent this email to their tech support, and hopefully my shameless ass kissing will pay off in the form of:

1) The error being fixed (annoying)
2) A free beanie!

Hello PokerStars support! First, thanks for being great, I really do enjoy playing at PokerStars. I made the move over from Full Tilt about 9 months ago and have never looked back. Thanks for helping me unleash my Poker Star!!!!

Anyways, I rarely have problems with your software if ever. Today however, was the unfortunate exception to the rule. While putting in a session from around 1pm PST to 2:15pm PST I couldn't tell where I was on a wait list for some tables I wanted to play at (looked juicy!!). If I did the "Waiting on Tables" it would say I was 10th on a table, yet when I brought the table up it would say I was 2nd in line. It took forever for that table to bring me up a seat so I still don't know if I got slid around on the wait list or if there was some simple reporting error with the software. Either way I have attached a screenshot with a big yellow arrow demonstrating what I am talking about.

Hopefully this email helps make PokerStars a better place and the error is taken care of. Do users who find errors like this get special prizes for saying thanks, like a free beanie? That would be awesome!

It's in the Requests menu, two places below Registered in Tournaments (or you can use CTRL + Y)

IMHO, being a brown noser gets you further ahead in life then being just down right rude and arrogant and even if there is no free stuff, they run around and look for it to give ya

Another thing to consider is that everytime over the days, months and yrs we are conversing with these poker sites...they have every email, live chat, complaints etc recorded and on our record/file for further help or discussions with us...meaning if your an ass back 2yrs ago and then ask them for something today...more than likely your not going to get it

lol its just a beanie ... anyways they asked for my pokerstars LOG files, and said they forwarded my request to marketing. so who knows but usually this means "Uh no"

I'm in two minds lol. Very deep brown nosing the Icemonkey way looks like it could be kinda fun and exciting. Saying that, getting all rude and in their face demanding a beanie immediately, at once, this very minute might also be fun and exciting. I'm excited just thinking about it.
