Regarding Cardschat Freerolls/Guarantees on FT

The prize pools for these games are provided entirely by Cardschat right? Therefore rakeback players don't get an MGR hit?

i have no idea

but i know i cant wait to participate in one of these freerolls baby!!!!

anybody know when the next one is? ill try my best to make it although, pending on the wheather, i may have to go golfing instead...or ill probably get stuck in the office..ugh i wish i could make poker my job so i could play all the time.

They are funded by Nick and by poker sites - varies from site to site. I have no idea if they impact rakeback or not -though I would be surprised if they did because I have never heard it mentioned by anyone before.

Perhaps this is a stupid question and perhaps it's in the wrong thread but I'm gonna ask anyway. Is there anywhere to learn more about Nick? I don't know anything about the fearless leader of this group and would like to learn a bit about him....

He can tend to be a bit private so I will respect that.

Just a little bit - he is from England and started this site about 5 years ago I think. He is very smart and though he has a lot going on Cardschat is his baby. All of his mods love working with him - he is very respectful to us. He is generous to Cardschat and works hard to keep it growing.

And oh yea- he loves pizza and ice cream lol.

Thanks for the info dakota. I respect that he's a private guy and now I like him even more knowing that we share a passion for pizza and ice cream along with poker!
