does anybody have trouble connecting to reefer poker i can download but i cant connect to server

I downloaded this for the ofc, I had trouble the other day, it would start to load the room then give me an error message, but its loading fine today.

The software works but for some reason they will only let me play play money games, when I try to play a freeroll or a real money game, a message comes up stating that my country or state does not allow it and to contact support, it has been 5 days and i'm still waiting for a reply.

Residents of Australia and Singapore are not permitted to play using the ReeferPoker.com software, accounts of residents of these countries will be closed and any balance void.
