Reefer Coupons for $50K

Has anyone else got coupons on Reefer.

Very rarely play on there anymore but remembered that I had an $11 coupon satellite coupon.

So for last few weeks kept logging on every few days to see if there were any $11 games to qualify for the Sunday $50K game but there werent any. Ive emailed Support who said they will contact the relevant department. TOnight I went onto Live Support who said the same and that they cant even replace the coupons for 5 x 2.20 or 2 x 5.50 coupons.

Weird thing is on all other merge sites Carbon Nordica etc the $11 satellites for the 50K are clearly in the Lobby.

Something fishy with Reefer if you ask me, just withdrawing my money now

Hard to believe you can get very good reefer for an $11 coupon.

3 months later and still no game even after talking to support every month who keep saying it will be on the following month.

I even got a chat warning tonight from support LOL

Hmm. I played in one of those games at Reefer earlier today, using my $11 coupon.

This might be a dumb question, but is it possible that you have accidentally set the lobby filters in such a way that you can`t see them ?

Meant to update thread. The $11 werent showing when I first posted the thread. They then appeared after a few weeks, I entered one and won $109 token

Now I have the $109 token the main game isnt there but on every other merge site it appears

My argument with them is they shouldnt have $11 game on there, where even if you qualify the coupons are worth Jack S$%^&.

Thats when I got my chat warning

Sorry, I don`t understand. Sounds like we are talking about the same game. An $11 Rebuy Satellite which can be entered using an $11 coupon and which awards $109 tickets for the Sunday $50k. If that`s what you mean, they are definitely available today on Reefer.

sorry didnt realise till i reread my initial thread. Did have problems with $11 games now $109 game.

Wouldnt play any $11 sat. games on there till they get it sorted

I have noticed previously that some of the Merge skins don`t carry the full range of guaranteed tournaments. I don`t really know why, but my guess would be that they probably have to share the loss if they feature the game and it falls short of its guaranteee.

Think other Merge sites have Weekly $50K games and Reefer just has the one on the last sunday of every month, however can't check as Reefer.com doesnt seem to work at moment

I have a $109 ticket as well on Reefer. Support says it is supposed to run on the last sunday of every month, but it seems more like every 3 months.

After site went down last night and 2 unreturnable emails to support they finally replied: (Not sure what upper management decision means LOL)

If they dont hold a tournament they should at least have the decency to explain the reasons!!!

Pretty sure upper management is run by Peter from office space... In which case, you will likely never hear back from them.

On a serious note, I would assume it means they either have no excuse or don't want to tell you why. If it was me, I would use that as a way of asking you to never e-mail me again. GL though.

I did hear form them again but it just gets worse and worse!! The tournament never appears in their lobby so how do they expect people to register. Their game is apparently every month whereas on other merge sites they have one every week which runs succesfully.

Even on their website it says Usually the prize pool is guaranteed above the maximum number of players in the tournament, this ensures bigger prizes even if there are only a few tables competing.

They sent me an email on 4th October

The fact is that Reeferpoker cardroom manager has decided that starting this month of October and moving on we will be offering the $50k Guaranteed Tournament every week. Please check our lobby every Sunday and you should be able to register to the tournament. Once again, I apologize for any troubles this might have caused.

I sent one back on 10th October

"It is now October and its also a Sunday but yet again the 50K $109 game isnt in your lobby?????????????????"

They replied "Thank you for contacting the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC). Although
several of the MergeGaming websites are Permit Holders under the MergeGaming KGC

I checked the link and Reefer poker is on the list so emailed them back. No reply yet.

Then Reefer contacted me again today

Absolute Joke

So save the last few weeks, recording every few days to see if there are any games $ 11 are eligible to participate in the $ 50K race on Sunday, but there werent any. Tonight I went to the scene to support who said the same, they cannot even replace the 5 × 2 × 2.20 or 5.50 coupons coupons.
