Really annoyed with Carbon

I have had an account with Carbon for a while but havent used it much but after seeing about the Pick a Super Bowl comp I downloaded the software again, specifically to enter.
I logged onto Poker Admit, went onto the Super Bowl Pick page and having read all I could about the teams, not being an expert on NFL, I picked the New York Giants.
I watched the not very exciting game but as happy the Giants won.
A couple of day later I logged into player admin again and looked but there was no freeroll ticket so I emailed customer services and got the following email

Dear Colin,
We do appreciate the time you took to contact us regarding the Super Bowl Pick a Winner Promotion.
We do apologize if at any moment you feel that we mean to let you know that you pick the Patriots instead of the Giants. However, after carefully reviewing your account we noticed that in fact neither of the two teams were choosing.
Please note that if you one of the teams were choose, the selected one will appear highlighted in order for you to recognize it. If you want to verify this please click here.

I am njot stupid enough to log in, go to the page and not vote, but after all its only a freeroll but the grammar does not fill me with confidence about Carbon Poker

A friend also told me she did not get her ticket and got a similar response from Carbon. She swears she clicked the correct the button and it was selected.

If it was a glitch, without a screenshot she has no way to prove it.

Funny. That's the first thing I thought of when I read their response. WTF Carbon. Can't afford enough staffing in customer service to have someone there who speaks English as their native language?

Anyway, sorry about the freeroll situation. Call me a skeptic, but I doubt you'll have much luck with Carbon if you persue this.

That sucks. But why would Carbon care whether you got in or not? Aren't they giving away that money no matter what? There must have been some glitch or something that it actually didn't select your choice. Maybe when you clicked it didn't go? and then you left the page.
