| re-installing ftp software So ive had a few problems the past few days with my computer so i restored it all and then downloaded the ftp software again and now i have to set up all the settings again, from the table view to advanced filters. This didnt take too long, but then i realised that a player who i recognised didnt have my notes on them! So this means that all of my notes are all gone!! Is this for real? Do you really lose all of your notes or is there a way to get them back? |

| On Pokerstars notes are stored in a text file. On FTP it's an XML file. I believe when you re-install the file gets overwritten. The file is "username".xml |
