Question for Bodog players

Does anyone ever recieve promotional emails from Bodog? I have never recieved anything since signing up to keep me up to date with the latest goings on.

I have tried clicking CASHIER>MANAGE ACCOUNT>MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS from the poker software/website.

But every time I check them all and then go back to the page after the confirmation of the changes, they are all unchecked again apart from the Snail Mail.

Anyone got the same problem with Bodog?

Please respond

Thanks

James Godfrey

sign into your bodog account,, then click Cashier, look for something that says > you have 2,3 or 4 messages,, or it may say you have no messages, thats the only place they seem to keep my messages about deposits or cashouts,,, buck

I receive offers from them all the time. I have one right now where they'll pay my $11 sat entry for the $100K satellite ;*) I also got $10 for their casino which I promptly gave back at BJ.

I have emailed them and they have told me that the emails are more than likely getting block by a spam filter (even though the spam filter on my email account does not delete the email it just keeps spam messages in a spam folder). I also do not recieve anything in my bodog account were it says You have no messages.

I don't think it's anything to do with your spam filter, I have never received anything from them either in the way of promotions. Even though Bodog is my favourite poker site to play at, their customer service just seem to want to send out standard emails and never really seem particularly interested in sorting out problems.

NoWuckingFurries: Do you have the same problems with the manage subscriptions thing?

Also another thing which is annoying me at the moment is that the blind structure does not show up on tournament lobbies.

i never get anything, the only message they sent me was when they said my screen name might be offensive to some people and i had to choose another(after i had it for 1 year). but i always thought it was because i have never deposited and i make all my money from freerolls and cash games using money from poker points.

I tried subscribing to everything that was poker-related yesterday, and when I have gone back into it today there is only one item ticked, which is snailmail.

Maybe they aren't interested in UK clients. I'll send them an email.

Why do you feel that Bodog is such a good site, I haven't heard anything good about it but I haven't checked it out yet.

Personally, I have only received a few promos from bodog, even though i play there frequently. Most recently was an invitational to play for 25 tickets to the sunday 100k tourney.

I prefer a $500 Bodog freeroll with 3,000 players to the Ultimatebet $50 freerolls with about 6,000 players.
