question about PokerStars

Question here re: PokerStars.
I'm trying to set my options/settings so that when I'm playing I don't keep on running into this problem > I'll be writing a note on a player on one table, then it'll jump over to the other table & my note will be there in the chatbox. I find this really annoying/time-consuming/pain in the ass. I have my option checked to 'not' have table to pop up when user action is required... which I figured would take care of this problem... but it doesn't!

Another question > 'new tournaments take focus' ... what is that supposed to mean? Can someone explain to me please.

Yea - I have the same problem. When I am trying to type to someone in skype or msn it jumps to my table and drives me ****ing crazy!!!

Good to know I'm not alone on this one. Seems odd that PokerStars wouldn't have resolved this by now? (unless they have but I just haven't figured it out yet).

Found this on the Poker Stars blog: "'New Tournaments Take Focus' option has been added in Options>>Advanced Multi-Table Options. When unselected, new tournaments will not steal focus until it is your turn to act. The tournament table would still open automatically, but only in the background."

I'm one that looks at the keyboard when I type, and I run into this all the time while chatting, whether it be Stars or Tilt.

I have not figured out a way to avoid this. Hopefully someone will.
