Problems with Royal Vegas

Going into RVP today to check on the MTT I set up and the software said it was upgrading. It finished and I now get a memory access error. Uninstalled and reinstalled - same problem. I know the RVP folks stop in here sometimes and I hope they have an answer...

Java just did an upgrade make sure your java components are upto date

Downloaded the latest and still no joy. The RVP help desk is swamped, probably a bug in the update...

yep let me know what you find out cause first time I load RV I'll have the same issue

I PM'd the Royal Vegas rep that visits here, we'll see what they have to say...

Got the email from support and I emailed the files they requested. I use Symantic anti-virus and firewall. My alias is IrishFitz...

Got an email from RVP tech support that said the problem is fixed. To get it running again:

Remove RVP from your computer
Reboot
Reinstall from their website www.royalvegaspoker.com

I'll do this when I get home and see if it works...

Uninstalled, rebooted, and reloaded RVP per the instructions and all is well now...
