Problem with BetUsPoker

For the past year or so I've been using play money only. When I finally decided to pull the trigger and make a deposit I did it with BetUsPoker. The only reason I knew that they even had a poker site was because they handle sports betting and I think they added poker as kind of a side thing. The other reason was that they worked with MoneyGram which, because I don't have a bank account or credit cards, worked out well for me. Anyways that was a couple of months ago and everything was going pretty well. I've cashed out twice and although it takes a week to process and get the money in hand, I found them pretty dependable. The problem came when I placed sixth in their HighHand contest. It happened almost a week ago and even though I've sent several emails and called them, I've gotten no response and there still is no credit on my account. Anyway, at this point, I've pretty much written it off and just wanted to vent. Best wishes and good luck.......
