Preventing tilt.....

Ok, the biggest and only flaw in my game in omaha and holdem is absolutley tilt. Is there suppliments i can take to help with my mood and what kind of music should i listen too. Any other suggestions please help. It will help my game tremedously.

If this is serious the best thing to do when you feel yourself going on tilt is to just walk away...just get up and walk away from the table go hang out with friends or do something else you like for a few hours, days whatever it takes. Then when you have a clear head and are focused come on back and build that bankroll again.
