PPN Log-in Problems

Anyone else having problems logging in at PPN? Earlier today, I clicked the icon on my desktop and repeatedly got the message that the server could not be found. Half an hour later, I was able to open the PPN site, but when I tried to log in, I got this message: ""Exception - Poker is temporarily offline. Please try again in a few moments. We apologize for the inconvenience." Thing is I could see players continue to register even as I was told the site was "offline."
So, I uninstalled the software, went to the PPN site, downloaded the software and reinstalled it. Now, I am alternately getting the message above...and another which tells me, "Navigation to the website was cancelled." I've got some winnings in the account, but am thinking I will never see them. I'm in Michigan. I wonder if PPN is suddenly blocking MI online poker players. Anyone else?
