A positive post for FTP support
These things rarely get posted but I had an exchange with FTP support today and it was not only fast but they answered my question fully and resolved the issue for me. Just thought I'd post something positive in regard to the much maligned FTP support group.
Screen cap shows email exchange from my original message (bottom) to my response/thank you email (top). Note the times: ftpsupport.jpg So thanks FTP support.  Now if you could just fix the IM store so I could have purchased the Continuing Month myself that would be great! |

Congrats on your 5000th post!!!
   Full Tilt is far from the worst of them with support. Theyr'e no Poker Stars, but they usually address the concern like they at least read and understand it, timeliness just being average to good. P.S. Just took a closer look at their response time. May I amend my take to 'good to excellent'. Must've been a slow day at FT. Which I find hard to believe. Just got a new laptop, with 64-but everything including Windows 7. I barely managed to get FT loaded yesterday, and already their (seemingly daily as of late) upday today had incompatibility issues. Maybe the rest of the poker world isn't updating as fast as the U.S. but you'd have to think the past week has been busy for them. Last edited by Divebitch : 3rd November 2009 at 9:04 PM. |

I have never had a problem with FT support. They are always prompt in answering & very good at resolving whatever issues I may have. |

congrats on 5K posts! i havent ever had a problem with them either. they have always been prompt when i had a question. glad it got resolved for you in a timely manner

secirty tokens??...are they things you can purchase to make account more secure???.
i hope not...cause i dont think people should earn money and ftp to buy secrity...figured its a freeby :0) but i think there very good support...and there thouragh in there answer...dont just write bull, they actually give a correct and informative answer. |
