Is it anyone who know how you get pokertracker to work for Hu stngos on bodog? Im a bit new to pokertracker and would appriciate any help. I tried to use dogwatch handgrabber but cant get it to work

You need to use the dogwatch hand grabber. Unfortunately it's crap (I can't get it to work either). So, I guess we are out of luck on Bodog w regards to Poker Tracker.

I tried dogwatch as well and after many tries failed to get it to work. They are supposedly about to release a new version, but who knows when that will be.

You may need to pay for dogwatch to work entirely, not sure though.

There are two problems:

First, Dogwatch is notoriously flakey. I have yet to find anyone who has made it work reliably.

Second, Dogwatch supports ring games only. So, even if it did work, it`s not designed to do what you want. As far as I know, there is no way to do that, sorry.

I use dogwatch on bodog. It's problematic, no doubt.

To get it to start properly:

1. Start Dogwatch first
2. Start Bodog's software
3. Start Pokertracker and gametime.

The Demo only works for $10NL, .05/.1 FL and $10PL... Yeah, they don't support SNG, Tournies at the moment. Suppose to make it work with SNGs too, but we'll see.

I knew about the startup sequence, but that`s the first time I have seen any real info about the demo`s limitations. I think one of the problems with the program is that the demo is so severely crippled, it tends to discourage you from the outset.

Do I take it you have bought the full version ? How well is that working for you ?

I bought the full version. It's very volatile, crashes pretty often... the worst thing? you have to quit the table, restart the handgrabber, rejoin the table in order for the dogwatcher to detect the table again.

It's better than nothing I guess. Hopefully they can fix the bugs.

I was coming very close to buying the program. After this thread, I think I can wait to the next version and then maybe.

Hi,hard to understand. The initial post here is from 28.03.2007.No SNG supported? Where is the info from? DW supports SNG. Same comment with "ring games" only. Maybe you refer to an old version. But new version was released before this initial forum post. Edge-T seems to use the new one with the rejoining issue.We can't do anything against MFC errors. Such errors appear without DW as well.Why we should extend demo possibilities? Functions are the same for all tables. Well, SNG aren't activated in demo. You`ll see if you scroll down a little that they reckon Dogwatch is for Ring Games only. I haven`t tested it myself. I assumed they would know.

Should we gather that you are in some way associated with Dogwatch ?

Egon, Poker Tracker don't show it official while Omaha and the rest is in beta test. Just look into the PT forums. Omaha for example: Poker Tracker :: View topic - PTO Beta Patch - Stars Auto Request/PokerRoom/Prima fixes While DW is supporting all game types since last week, Poker Tracker is still implementing it and won't show it until it's out of beta phase. And right, I am associated with the Grabber.

I had no idea, until I read it here in this thread, that the demo worked only with the lowest buyin tables. I tried several times to use the demo, and got an error message that said "Table not supported" or something like that, with no explanation. I therefore became frustrated and gave up.

That error message needs to be more informative and more user-friendly. People simply won`t buy the program if the demo doesn`t work and they can`t see why. A demo needs to impress, not discourage.

I used it and i didnt like it to much...to spacey for me...maybe when the newer version arrises

My bad, I didn't realised that it supports SNG in version 1.1.8.5. Gotta get me the 1.2.0.4.
