No, you can update HEM 1 as well. Its not an upgrade, and it takes care of exactly the pokerstars update that stops the HUD. Use this link; http://forums.holdemmanager.com/mana...pdate-fix.html You probably will have to re register, I did anyway, but it went fast. And, no, no data loss. Least I didnt have any:-) |

I just tried it out. Got up to 15 before I got bored, so no 12 limit, but hard to create more discernably different colors. (there was just a software update before I did it). Certainly a few more than the original 8 will come in handy. |

| Hi guys, Yes, as you have noticed, our recent update has caused some issues with importing hands into HEM/PT3. Unfortunately it's up to them to adjust, but it looks like they already have. You guys are more on top of these coloured notes than I am. I will be passing on your discoveries to the software guys, I'm sure they'll be pleased you guys are being creative . DylanC |

| Hi. I'd like to ask what happened just now 16:00 CET on Pokerstars (note, I play on Pokerstars.Eu which is for Finnish and Swedish only). At this point i'm currently playing a tournament and 16:00 two other tournaments are starting. Once they start, all players on those tables say "sitting out, including me" (and I can't click that i'm back) to me and each hand is played in 1 second as if all were really afk. Did a server split happen where .Eu disconnected from .Com as I've never seen this happen before and .Eu came just 1 week ago so i'm guessing it has bugs or did all of the players really disconnect. Okay the tournaments I payed for didn't cost much, but don't I still deserve a refund for that? When I relaunched and made sure Pokerstars.Eu is running the latest version, login button does nothing, no screen opens as normally and I can't send an e-mail to the Pokerstars admins/staff either. The weird part is that the tournament I had been playing for 1hour+, I was able to complete it and keep on playing. If it was intended maintenance for PokerStars.Eu only, then where can I see the maintenance warnings or do such exist? |

| Same here. I found that I could continue playing but if I moved table I got disconnected and couldn't play in that tourney again. Just had to watch myself blinding out of my games. Or if I was registered in a tournament that hadn't started yet, the table would open but all players would be sitting out. |

| They have cancelled all the running tournaments and looks like the next available tournament is not until 12:32 EST. This message was posted in my tournament: Administrator: Due to a site problem, all MTTs which were running will be cancelled shortly, using the Roll Forward formula in our Tournament Cancellation policy. We apologize for the inconvenience. Grrrrrr. |

| Got paid for 2 tourneys i still had stacks in by the roll forward method. Had emailed them and they replied saying: We will be considering refunds for materially affected players. "Materially affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. If you believe you were materially affected by this issue, please email us with the following subject line: "REFUND: T#_________, $X+Y, User ID" Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID. For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker" For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional tournaments in the text of your email. For example: T#123456780, $20 + 2 T#123456781, $10 + 1, T#123456782, $50 + 5 etc. If you do not know the Tournament ID, you will be able to find it in the PokerStars software using the playing audit feature, once the login issue has been resolved. From the PokerStars Lobby screen, select: 'Requests -> Playing History Audit...' Please also be aware that your refund request may take a few days to be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding. So if you were in a tournament and got blinded out you need to email support@pokerstars.com with this information. (Or .fr/.eu/.co.uk, whichever one applies to you) |

| Hey guys, Sorry for the delay responding to this. As others have posted and you guys are by now aware, we had issues with our servers for a few hours last week which caused these issues. For any that felt they weren't properly reimbursed (by now everyone should be), you can email support@pokerstars.com asking for a review of how you were affected by the problems. If you can provide the tournament(s) you were in when it occurred that should speed things up. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Dylan |

Hey fletchdad, Sorry I missed this. I was away over the long weekend and am on the uphill climb to getting caught up this week. It looks like your fellow CC members answered your questions in the other thread. One thing worth mentioning is that another benefit of achieving GoldStar status is not only the higher FPP multiplier, but also access to the $300 VIP Reward Bonus for 25,000 FPPs in the VIP Store. Let me know if you have further questions. Dylan Last edited by PokerStars VIP : 19th April 2012 at 9:34 PM. |

Hi Chemist, I hadn't thought of an observer list. I'm not sure that it would accomplish its intended goal and I can't imagine many players taking the time to scan a list to see who's watching. I'll mention it to the tech team but hopefully it will no longer be necessary given recent developments. Dylan |
